Purchase Policy

All items can be ordered online or in-person. Please contact the store directly for ordering and shipping furniture or other larger items.

Shipping Information

In an effort to reduce waste and keep shipping costs lower, we proudly reuse boxes and some packing material. We receive so many packages full of products carefully packaged in bubble wrap and packing peanuts. Rather than just throw them away, why not reuse them?

Return Policy

All in-store purchases are final and eligible for exchange only. 

Items ordered online can be returned by emailing us at demeter@demterhomeny.com within 10 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase is necessary. All shipping changes are nonrefundable.

All furniture, lighting, mirrors, seasonal items, soaps, and lotions (purchased online or in-store) are final sale. 

Any items arriving damaged must be reported to us at demeter@demeterhomeny.com within 48 hours of delivery. The items will be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
