All in-store purchases are final and eligible for exchange only.
Items ordered online can be returned by emailing us at email@example.com within 10 days of arrival. Items must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase is necessary. All shipping changes are nonrefundable.
All furniture, lighting, mirrors, seasonal items, soaps, and lotions (purchased online or in-store) are final sale.
Any items arriving damaged must be reported to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of arrival. The items will be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
